Parents with Infants: questions: teething, drool rash remedy ...

I just thought I would place these questions in one thread instead of multiple threads.

My LO is 4 months and he is teething, drooling, and noms on his lower lip a lot so he is developing a terrible small drool rash underneath his lower lip and a small on his cheeks and beneath his nose (because he rubs the drool all over with his hand when he bites it).

what remedies can i use for his drool rash?
also, what can i use to soothe his teething? I have this teething ring that came with his play mat that has water and we place it in the freezer but it seems to be too cold for his small mouth.

my other question was about his hair, he was born with THICK dark hair and now its so thin and hes balding he looks like a small ancient man!   is there anything i can do to make his hair stop thinning or get thicker? lol….i miss his thick hair
