The mother is cleaning up and she picks up a comb….and it has drool all over it! We see the baby giggling and then she picks up the remote control…and that has drool all over it too! We see the baby again giggling!
What kind of sadistic commercial is this?

I don’t.
I just find it hard to find the slobber of a child allover household implements cute.
It’s not cute.
It’s disgusting.
But it does tie in with these parents who reckon everything their kid does is cute. And I mean everything.
Each commercial that features children doing annoying/stupid/disgusting things takes me one step quicker to scheduling a vasectomy.

Matter of fact, when viewing this for the first time, I may maybe have sworn that the remote and the comb looked more like they’d been coated in K-Y Jelly rather than anything that comes close to resembling drool.

This reminds me of my mom.
She let my 2 year ancient brother bring his own potty to the bathroom to dump it. I said “Mom he might spill it!”
She goes “It’s baby pee. It’s sterile. It’s not yucky.”
I just looked at her for a second like she was insane, said “All urine is sterile, doesn’t mean it’s not gross! >_>” and I walked out of the room.
Meanwhile she gets pissed when the dog pees on the carpet. I don’t know mothers.

Her logic is ‘piss-poor’.

Parents often expect better lifestyle and behavior from their pets than they do of their kids. They won’t allow the pets on the furniture because of the fur they place behind, but meanwhile, the house is cluttered with all sorts of toy parts, the walls have crayon and fingerprints on them, etc. If the dog has an “accident”, it’s a major conundrum, but if the 4 y/o does the same, it’s all part of life a kid.
