Ear infection or teething - Babies - BabyCenter

The symptoms are very similar and lo just cut his first two teeth last week so I’m unsure if he is teething or if he has an ear infection
Symptoms
Pull at ear( not all the time frequently when eating)
Slight 99 temp
Very fussy send cranky
He seems very wobbly, he is a fantastic sitter and very careful he has never fell or hit his head till the last 2 days all he has done is fall over and hit head on stuff

He never teethed or had ear infection before so we are unsure???
