Parents with Infants: Fever and teething

The past two days LO has been extreamly fussy.hes about to get a tooth,i can feel his gum splitting and theres small white dots.its also swollen.hes running a 100.2 fever and just had diarhea.

Should I call the dr or take him in?
Ive already agreed him tylenol and it didnt help
